PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project concerns the last two phases of the overall project in order to extend and modify the production of the Selection and Composting Plant of Passerini buildings in Sesto Fiorentino.
The implementation of the plant was born with two main targets: to increase the overall treatment capacity of organic waste and to eliminate the problems of the unpleasant odours coming from these processes by bringing them inside the warehouses using the treatment and purification of processing air.
The intervention consists in the construction of three new buildings and a fireplace area, in the complete internal modification of the production process chain. This operation involves consequently the necessary transformation of existing sheds structures with the aim to redefine their overall usability and a construction of a new storage yard outside the crown in complete harmony with the landscape project of environmental requalification drawn up by Studio Hydea and Arch.
