PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The topographical relief activity was carried out during the two phases of the construction site: the first is safety measures and the second is the reconstruction. In the first phase, the topographic relief is carried out with reference to the two parties involved in the failure: the verification of the stability, size and the pipe track named “Poggi” which passes parallel to the river Arno at the failure point, the size of the embankment failure, the angular exposure of the embankment front, inside and outside the river side both, the detailed identification of failures points on the retaining wall. In the second phase, the topographic relief concerned the tracing of the pipeline and the perforation points of the micropiles supporting the pipeline and the embankment.
