PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Construction of five apartments through complete demolition and building replacement. A few steps from the beach of San Vincenzo, a transformation of volume has been done with the construction of five apartments with all comforts and facilities. The load-bearing reinforced concrete structure guarantees seismic resistance requirements even if the location is in a low-risk area. The building, which was completely built with reinforced concrete beams and pillars, was completed with a highly efficient shell. The housing units are equipped with summer and winter air conditioning systems with invertible heat pumps. The apartments are in energy class A, the condominium air conditioning system with heat metering is powered by a dedicated photovoltaic condominium system.
