New hospital nursery at Careggi

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Technical and administrative testing related to the extension of the existing building to create the new company nursery “Saltapicchio” of the University Hospital of Careggi.
The intervention involved both the renovation of the old building and the construction of a new body adjacent to the existing one, made with reinforced concrete structures, according to the existing anti-seismic regulations. The outdoor spaces are characterized by a large circular wooden sunshade.
