PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project concerns the completion of a building group designed and partially built in 2005 according to a program agreement between Municipalities, Provinces, Lombardy Region, Agenzia del Demanio and Ferrovie dello Stato (Italy railway provider). Work was interrupted before the buildings completition, followed by years of neglect and a complete degradation also due to the occupation of the apartments by the homeless, the infiltration of rainwater and the growth of spontaneous vegetation.
After about 10 years it was necessary to complete what not yet realized, and, at the same time, make a completely review of design choices adopted before.
